The Methodology
Real change is lived, felt, and remembered. Through our proprietary PLAY! Character Elements System, participants experience active simulations and vocal projection that immediately transfer to high-stakes boardroom dynamics.

In theatre, we bring together people with different personalities, different skills and different ways of working. And we ask them to work towards one shared goal. That sounds quite familiar to anyone running a company, doesn't it?
An actor has to listen closely to the person opposite them, understand what that person wants, and respond to what is actually happening. A director has to communicate a vision clearly enough for everyone to understand their part in it, give feedback that helps people improve, and create an environment where people feel able to contribute. And backstage, teamwork becomes very real: a missed cue or an unclear handover affects someone else immediately.

A school holiday bootcamp for kids aged 8 to 16: singing, acting and dancing, ending in a workshop concert.
